Join As An Individual
As an individual member, I understand that I am making a commitment to 100+ Women Who Care Conejo Valley to make an annual donation of $400 – ($100 at each quarterly meeting) – given directly to local charities and non-profits serving the Conejo Valley area. I understand that even if I did not vote for the charity chosen by the majority vote, I will fulfill my donation commitment. I also understand that if I am not able to attend the quarterly meeting that I will provide my donation through the 100 Women Who Care Conejo Valley Giving Circle.
Upon receipt of your membership form, you will be directed to our 100 Women Who Care Conejo Valley Giving Circle to set up your quarterly donations.

Join As A Team
If you would like to join this exciting opportunity as a team of two or four people, please fill out one of the commitment forms below. The member option is available so that team members can split the annual donation requirement. The donation amount is still $100.00 but it will be shared equally between team members, i.e., each member of a 4 member team will contribute $25.00 per meeting and each member of a 2 member team will contribute $50.00 per meeting. Members who join as part of a team, vote as a team. This means each team receives 1 vote, not a vote for each member of the team.
